Week 15!

Dear parents,

What an exciting week! The big event of the week was the Celebration of Learning! Students did an amazing job preparing and performing!

Inquiry (Social Studies, Science): We have finished our research and data logs and are making conclusions to take positive actions in our reflections section of our inquiry cycles.

Writing: Students have finished typing their journals. They were able to type 200-500 word entries. They are now able to see their progress and areas of improvement for their future writing.

Reading: Students had final reading assessments this week. Nearly all the students have moved up a reading level!

Math: We have got a good handle on area and perimeter! We will begin planning our miniature houses for our projects next term from next week!

Next week: The final week of school! Finishing up projects and makeup work. We will also begin preparing for term 2. We will have a class activity pizza and ice cream party on Thursday!

Have a great weekend!
